Demo with a fictional supply house. Customers, stock and prices are made up. Every reply waits for a person to approve it, and this page never sends email.
What happens behind this desk
A scheduled scan reads the shared inbox during business hours and sorts each email into quote, order status or other.
For quotes and status questions it looks up stock, prices and orders in the business system, read-only. Every number in a draft comes from that lookup.
Anything unusual is flagged for a closer look: new customers, assumed quantities, backorders, items it couldn't match, and emails that try to give the assistant instructions.
A person checks each line, edits if needed and approves. The approved draft lands in their own email, and they press send.
